CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for choosing our services! We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 30% charge of the service fee. For same-day cancellations or no-shows, a 50% charge of the service fee will be applied. We value and appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain our schedule and serve all our clients effectively.
